ORBITAL: Member of the Supervisory Board

Benilde Saramago was born in Caldas da Rainha, Portugal. She obtained her PhD in Chemistry from Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), Lisbon in 1986. She is Associate Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering in IST. Her research interests lie in the area of Physical Chemistry of Interfaces involving a wide range of systems, including ionic liquids and biomaterials.
